What was the highlight of Metropolitan Hotel
I loved the room just the right size and although I do not like heights 11th floor did not feel it. Loved the location.
Location. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. The room size was perfect for me and the extras water chocolates were great and unexpected.
I must admit I was not well was sick all night and a little cold. The heating didn’t work and no I did not ask reception for another blanket (my bad). Maybe an extra blanket in the room would have been good. It was also very noisy with workers both inside and outside building from 7 in the morning. Housekeeping had radio /phone on full blast as well.

I was very comfortable there and would happily go back
Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfasts, great location, comfortable room, Shabbat friendly and kosher hotel
There were a few teething issues but the staff fixed them where they could. For example, there was no hanging space or working safe in my original room so I had to move but at least I could.

What was the highlight of Metropolitan Hotel
Good value and great location. Nice staff.
We stayed for 6 days in metropolitan hotel with my friend - in separate rooms. We had to move rooms on the second day of our stay due to some repairs and there were some discomfortable misunderstandings around this. But they upgraded us to bigger rooms and we got a free breakfast which was very tasty and got a good selection of fresh food. Ronit from the reception took a good care of us from this point , and we really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is located very close to the beach and it was easy to walk everywhere.
Rooms were a bit noisy. The hassle around having to move rooms but got all super good after that.

I had a wonderful stay, which I always do at the Metropolitan.
I have stayed here many times. it’s clean and comfortable, and the staff are amazing. the location is perfect.
The bathrooms in the single rooms are very small.
